  • BA600
    New compact, metal-enclosed, hot-cathode ion gauge sensor with no electronics onboard. Compatible with InstruTech’s B-RAX 3400 Controller. Equivalent to MKS / Granville-Phillips 355 Micro-Ion and 358 Controller. Lead time is 5 to 7 days.
  • CC605/CC606
    New, passive, cold-cathode ion gauge sensors with no electronics on board. Compatible with InstruTech’s new B-RAX 3500 Controller. Numerous applications in the heat-treating market. The CC605 / CC606 is very attractive because it is not susceptible to EMI/RFI noise. The cleanable sensor makes it a great lower-cost vacuum gauge for use in dirty processes. Lead time is 5-7 days.

    New variation of the B-RAX gauge controller to operate the CC605 / CC605 cold cathode sensors above.

WGM701 Wasp™ Cold Cathode Pirani

WGM701 Wasp is InstruTech’s new full range vacuum gauge module which combines an inverted magnetron cold cathode with a pirani vacuum gauge sensor in a single device to provide pressure measurements from 7.60E-10 Torr to atmosphere. The pirani sensor is used to measure the pressure from atmosphere to 7.60E-03 Torr. The cold cathode sensor is then automatically activated and takes over the pressure measurements down to 7.60E-10 Torr.

CDM900 Micro Bee™ Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge

CDM900 Micro Bee is InstruTech’s new capacitance diaphragm vacuum gauge with a ceramic sensor.  The CDM900 is a temperature compensated capacitance diaphragm vacuum gauge which provides highly accurate pressure measurements with full scale ranges from 10 Torr to 1,000 Torr.

CDM900 is available with various fittings including 1/2 in. tube (O-ring compression), NW16KF, 1 1/3 in. Mini-Conflat, 4VCR and 8VCR.
